For Trees has the only 4x4, 63 foot working height aerial tree trimming truck in our area! To better serve our clients in Mountain View County and surrounding communities.

Quality equipment makes it easier for quality work to be done.


For Trees takes pride in recycling all materials. All wood in the form of mulch or logs can be left on your property for you to use or we will take it to our Didsbury tree nursery to be recycled.

We're Hiring!
  1. Arborist Crew leader/foreman: 2 positions available immediately, 5 years experience or more, permanent, full-time, year around, all-weather work. Based in Didsbury, Alberta, we service a wide area of Central Alberta. Must be able to identify, diagnose and recommend treatments for trees, hazard tree identification, climbing skills, tree removal skills. Team player and trainer. Customer service skills. Clean Driver’s abstract and Airbrake Endorsement. Mechanically inclined, able to service and troubleshoot aerial truck and chipper operation. Wage based on experience and past performance, $18-$25/hour.

  2. Landscaper: 1 position available immediately, experience an asset. Landscape Gardener Journeyman preferred, CNLA Certification, other training will be considered. Experienced in rock wall and retaining wall construction, paving stone, interlocking stone, tree planting and some landscape maintenance. $14-22/hour

James owns Jade Ecology Holdings, and is active with the preservation of the Rosebud River watershed through his affiliation with the Upland Rosebud Alliance. He has his BSc. in Forest Ecology, and is very active in sustainable living, particularly water quantity and quality.

Amberly grew up on the family farm, raising, showing cattle and is a 4-H girl. Amberly holds an Ornamental Horticulture Program - Landscape Management Major, a Floral Design Certificate and received the Leslie Mais Peterson Memorial Award all from Olds College. Amberly's knowledge and skills over the years include landscape design & installation, native & non-native plant material, golf course maintenance and experience in nursery & greenhouse production. Customers will most likely hear her cheerful voice when calling the For Trees office.
