Treevia
Compartmentalization is a tree's natural defense process by which chemical and physical boundaries are created that act to limit the spread of disease and decay organisms. When a proper pruning cut is done, signals are sent through the tree and the tree then compartmentalizes this wound. |
Tip of the Day Trees are an important part of our world. They offer a wide range of benefits to the environment and provide tremendous beauty. However, trees may be dangerous. Evaluating the seriousness of any defects is best done by a professional arborist. |

Winter - Great Time for Pruning! For Tree’s crews of experienced arborists have all the equipment and training needed to deal with any kind of tree problem you may be experiencing this winter.Winter is a great time to prune and work on trees because the ground is frozen and there is no fear of damaging turf or soft ground with our heavy trucks or pieces of heavy trees. Insects and diseases which can harm trees are dormant, it is easier to see broken branches, dead branches and defects from the ground when there is no leaves. We also have time to work on landscape designs and can book your landscaping work to be done next spring and summer. Call now while we are not in the rush of the busy spring season. Best of all, right now, there are no Mosquitoes! |
